Ive posted items back from Hong Kong to Australia, and Europe Service was excellent, better than Auspost and delivery time 10,14 day max
yet when I purchase from "top Rated Chinese Sellers (?) its normal to expect 25 to 30 days? delivery to Australia
....and if it arrives broken Is one to assume its ok to wait 90 days for turn around, replacement????
There is no way of knowing if an item from China will arrive sooner than 30 days plus, if it does, consider it a bonus, but if it arrives damaged, don`t agree to an exchange, only agree to a refund, if you are returning the item, do so by registered post, provide PP with proof of postage and get your money back, this avoids the waiting game and you can always purchase the item again.
Thing is, most items are very cheap and free post, so returning may not be cost effective, you have to decide which is best for you.
