Why is new zealand off the map. with error message One or more of the items below cannot be purchase

Hi

New Zealand for some strange reason is off the list of worldwide countries,  Can new Zealand please be included in the list of worldwide countries. This seems to happen when trying to buy goods from the USA.  This error message comes up requiring contact to the seller to place an exception.... and delaying purchase.  

  "  One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified postage costs to the location selected. Change your address or remove the items to continue.
You may also contact the seller for an exception. " 

Whilst new Zealand is exceptional for many other reasons, it needs to be recognized as a proper location, and not presently on the moon  in eBays system
