Your case is on hold how do you open it and send requested information to eBay

I opened case with resolution centre and got the message Your case is on hold i need to provide the proof.I can see that you are claiming that the perfume you purchased is not authentic and you have gotten in touch of people who can verify your claim. Please provide written certification or documentation from the manufacturer that the perfume is not authentic. Once you are able to provide this, we will be able to close the case in your favor without needing to return the item back to the seller. In the meantime, we have put the case on hold for 5 days to allow you the time to obtain the proof. How do i reopen the case and send them info requested Please helpThank you all Indira
