I inadvertently ordered two of the same things on ebay and I have been trying to cancel one of them. The seller agrees with me doing this. Ebay sent me via comp. a form to submit to be able to do this, the only trouble is when I hit the submit button, it takes me to a page which says it cannot help at this time, I have been trying for 20 hours to overcome this, with no success. I have not paid any monies yet. Can you help me?
