I would like to withdraw my bycicle I have listed on ebay over the holiday period. Can you help with this?

I inadvertently ordered two of the same things on ebay and I have been trying to cancel one of them. The seller agrees with me doing this. Ebay sent me via comp. a form to submit to be able to do this, the only trouble is when I hit the submit button...
