No, it is not normal, but it has happened to other people too, and the reason seems to be still unknown.

Contact eBay via live chat (from the help page) and let them know.

They make it a bit difficult to find the first time... You have to scroll down to Contact Us, then select an option until Chat with Us appears on the left side...
