As a buyer it concerns me Ebay seems to have Account Managers who are all to keen to remove Neg feedback in the interests of profits made by these 1000+ plus a month transaction sellers.
Clearly the amount of revenue Ebay makes from your large quantity of sales earns you preferential treatment and opportunity to make a mockery of the feedback system.
If the feedback system is viewed similarly to the review in the real world it probably worth asking a Govt consumer Dept to look into this practice od feedback manipulation.
