feedback left in error

Can anyone tell me if feedbacks can be amended or cancelled if left by mistake and how, please. Many thanks

A seller can send a feedback revision request form to a buyer in which the buyer can amend feedback.

But only a neg or neut can be changed to a postive, not the other way around.

(feedback cannot be cancelled once left, eBay can remove feedback if it contravenes rules)
