I bought a monitor on Ebay and it was pick up and pay on pick up - I have noticed that the dot marked delivered has not been activated yet I have had the product for at least 2 weeks.
The 'marks' are just there for your own personal information so it matters not if it shows as delivered or not. If you don't want to see the transaction just archive the record.
