how do i block a seller from emailing me myself without asking ebay too

As a buyer you can not block a member from contacting you via ebay messages.
If you have exchanged messages then they can continue to contact you by the reply button and if you have had a transaction they can contact you via that.
As a seller you can add a member to your blocked bidder list and also include the block for blocked members to not be able to click on the contact seller
If the messages are coming via ebay message there is a report this message link at the top of the message, use that every time they message you and pick the appropriate reason for the report.
If the messages are via email then you can forward their emails to abuse@enter provider name here eg hotmail.com
