How do I remove itme description in ebay feedback as a buyer?

Don't allow others to use your account or look at while you are logged in

You can see it because it is your account and purchase.

So long as you don't sell on this account, you can  go to preferences and choose your FB to be set to Private, you will still  see it, but nobody else can

This will set all FB  to private, you can't just select one in particular as far as I know
