Dear 'buyer',
hi, I just found there is an old-malfunction SD card in this notebook therefore it did not boot while I was testing this morning.
after removing the sd card, the notebook is working as normal.
sorry for the confusing and if you still want to buy, I can offer you 110 (include postage) via Paypal invocie but please still close the ebay bid in case ebay will charge me, let me know if you still interest in it.

Yes it sounds like the seller wants you to cancel the eBay transaction (which you cant do anyway without them sending you a cancellation request) and then to pay just via Paypal direct.
You can either pay normally, if you are happy with the information the seller has advised to you regarding the item condition (just pay using the Pay Now link in your My eBay for the full amount) or request a cancellation from the seller then buy elsewhere.
I would not cancel via eBay then pay by other means. Saving $11 isnt worth it.
