I have an item in transit from the US to Australia.
On My Summary page it is marked as delivered on 27 July 2015, when in fact it is still in transit.
For my own protection I want this delivery status removed. The tracking number clearly shows it is still in transit.
I phoned Ebay and they told me to phone back the next day and they would put me through to Global Shipping.
I phoned back today and waited 'on hold' for over an hour. I have a life and couldn't hold any longer.
I tried to email but none of the selection choices are applicable.
I'm sure it is a simple enough problem to solve if only I could get someone to deal with it.
I told you on your other thread that the item had probably been marked as delivered when it arrived at the Pitney Bowes depot for processing for on shipping to Australia.
That is standard for the GSP and nothing to be alarmed at.
You will probably be given another tracking number when the item is handed to FedEx for delivery in Australia.
Emailing eBay is a waste of time, your only option is to call them or get them to give you a call-back and ask to speak to a supervisor.
