I BOUGHT TROLLEY FLOOR JACK ONE MONTH AGO,ORDER NO:14-06331-03669.LAST FRIDAY I GOT MASSAGE FROM EBAY SAID THE ITEM BEEN DELIEVERED.ACTUALLY I HAVE NOT GOT THE JACK.THE SELLER NO LONGER REGISTERED,SO I  COULD NOT CONTACT SELLER.WHAT CAN I DO NEXT.

Open a case for Item Not Received with PayPal. Follow all the steps... except the one that asks you to contact eBay. Escalate to a claim as soon as that option is available.

Stop buying items at too good to be true prices.
