If you have "committed to buy" the item, all you can do is contact the seller and ask them to cancel the transaction, but they may well open an unpaid item dispute against you. Failure to pay then will get you a strike against your account, that will not affect you unless you get 2 or more of those in 12 months in which case you will be unable to buy from any seller that has their "buyer blocks" in place.
