9 days ago, when I placed an order ,was going to key in my payment details , before I clicked in my credit card, screen played up ,so I thought I better order again. At the same time I responded to ebay to declear I only wanted 1 boiler not 2, please cancel one if there are any confession. 2 days later , I received the boiler. After a week , today ..I received another egg boiler again.  I asked for refund,  ebay asked almost $10 postage fee.  The Boiler was $23, postage free.  I really think it's not fair to consummer since it's not my fault and as well how can they deducted money from my card without authorization,,, which is a big concern...  Any suggestion.......

eBay do not sell anything

eBay do not charge postage

You make no mention of contacting the seller. the seller would not have seen responses you 'sent to eBay'

Even if you did actually contact the seller, they are not obligated to cancel and eBay are not going to force the seller to cancel what you ordered

You did indeed order two

You got two

You did authorise the charges when you ordered twice

Postage was not free, it was built into the cost of the item, do you really imagine that sellers get to send anything free of charge?

My suggestion would be learn how to use ebay before buying anything else because clearly you have no clue and blame others for your mistakes

100% on you

Otherwise sell the second one yourself to get your money back

So you expect the seller to be $20 + out of pocket, paying postage both ways, for your mistake.  To hell with the consumer, how do you figure that is fair  to the seller.   As it is the buyer is going to be out of pocket $10 + for the original postage, whereas if they had actually charged you postage, then you would be footing the bill for that also.
