there was a minor problem, not at sellers fault but original manufacterers. the seller actually rectified problem by sending missing piece. but i recieved an ebay message about a feedback revision accept or decline a few days ago,
i messaged seller but havent had a response yet..what do i do? i dont want do anything untill i know what it is as im aware of mutual cancellations
A feedback revision request is something sellers can send when they have received either neutral or negative feedback from a buyer but the issue has now been resolved. They are asking if you will revise the feedback rating you left for them.
You can agree or not, it's up to you. If the issue was not the sellers fault and they helped you resolve it anyway then it certainly sounds like a revision is warranted, but it's your call.
In future you may like to think about feedback for a bit longer before leaving it. You've stated the issue was not the sellers fault so why would you leave less than positive feedback for the seller?
Always wait til after any transaction is finished (including resolution of issues) before leaving feedback. 🙂
