As a buyer that for security and other reasons, I need My items delivered to a PO Box, recently have been getting sellers using GSP refusing to ship to a PO Box even though Their shipping information did not exclude to PO box. I am missing out as Sellers are as well. So what is GSP? What Carrier service is used?

The GSP is a service used by sellers in the US and UK (eBay sometimes opts them into it without them knowing).
It is run by Pitney Bowes who will have the item sent to their parcel hub then they on-send it through different carriers to the buyer overseas. They will often repack the item and have been known to confiscate some items with little reason.
