As a buyer that for security and other reasons, I need My items delivered to a PO Box, recently have been getting sellers using GSP refusing to ship to a PO Box even though Their shipping information did not exclude to PO box. I am missing out as Sellers are as well. So what is GSP? What Carrier service is used?

As the GSP is an international service, by definition AP is not the carrier. AP and Startrack (not an international service) are the only ones who can deliver to a PO Box without incurring a substantial cost.
US purchases are usually sent with FedEx, not sure about the UK. Either way, not AP or Startrack.
