What is going on? Why has this transaction taking so long to sort out, Two weeks and no satisfaction from Ebay either! I needed this item two weeks ago and need a refund so I can purchase another item from a reliable buyer, preferably in Australia this time. I have been a longer time buyer on Ebay and at this point and time Ebays reliability has gone down the drain. Get this sorted ASAP, a refund of $35.00 Australian cant be that difficult.....and I dont need to wait 72 hours to get it either! I want this case closed now. If Ebay wants positive feedback on it's communication in solving a problem, I wouldn't be submitting any!
