Impossible for anyone here to even make a guess with no details
When did you buy them?
What was the estimated delivery date?
Where were they being sent from?
Have you communicated with the seller and given them enough time to respond?
Note: you're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information. (The standard of help is usually well above the type of cut-and-paste help provided by eBay customer service.)
When is the latest estimated delivery date? (Check in your My eBay, under purchases.)
If it's past due, you have 30 days from the EDD (estimated delivery date) to open up a request for a refund. Not one second more. Don't wait too long if you do need to open that request under eBay's MBG - and be wary about accepting any offer from the seller to re-send. If the first lot haven't arrived, you're risking the same scenario if the seller says that they will re-send. It may be best to ask simply for a refund if the items are late - but it's up to you.
