why am I receiving email statement for an item that has been paid for and delivered

plesae rectify and reinstate my credit rating which you say you have adjusted to make me a bad payer.

Maybe some one needs to look to see what has actually happened before making rash decisions I find this very confronting.Geoff Rowland

Have you picked up an item and paid cash for it?   Or paid with bank deposit?

If that is the case then the seller should have marked the item as Payment received....ebay has no way of knowing you have paid for something unless you use paypal.

Ebay does not adjust anything to make you a bad payer....the seller has to open a non payer dispute and allow time for you to pay before a strike can be put on your account.  If there was no dispute there is no strike and even if there is a strike it does not have any effect on your credit rating.
