why do I keep getting notifications for something I have already purchased?

I purchased a new mail box last year and now I keep getting notifications that the same mail box is ending soon. Why? A mail box is usually a one off purchase.

You can turn notifications off in communication prefs under account.

If you are referring to the notification bell, just ignore it, it has always given delayed or very old info.
