I am curious as to why I should have to pay for an item to be returned to the seller at my expense when I did not make the mistake of sending the wrong item in the first place, I have come up against this again and again and now I have had enough. Why is there no responsibility and care factor on the sellers behalf ????? If it was something I did wrong then fine, I should have to pay, but why should I have to pay twice for postage on something I clearly did not order. It seems to be an aboslute joke on the innocent buyers who put faith in the sellers doing the right thing. The rules regarding the return of a wrong item being sent by the seller needs to be changed so that they have to take responsibility for there mistakes.
