15% coupon ?

I've come across a 15% off coupon in certain categories - is it for all in that catagory  (on the page the ad appears on) or only on selected sellers? I'm a bit confused. Thanks

On the emails I got it said 'everything', which is a bit misleading when the T&C exclude some categories.
