These tickets are for sale at the moment - there is no such thing - they are either VIP OR Horse lover which are a lot cheaper. I am not getting any help to stop this transaction from happening - 2 hours to go before sale expires

Yes you are right - great deal - but we got a better one!! I guess if I had 8,000 hits we might have been more aware! My other half will give the knicker twisting a miss - thanks but no thanks he says. XXX

I waved my magic wand, did that help?
Does eBay know there is no such thing? They need more than just your word.
What's the difference between the VIP and the Horse Lover?
Why are you trying to stop the transaction?

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm let me explain the difference to you - the seller is trying to sell tickets which do not exist. Is that wrong? Would you like to buy them? Perhaps a friend or family member? What the seller has done is combine the VIP ticket name (ticket is expensive) and the Horse Lover ticket name (much cheaper - which I believe they are) and you get to buy the cheap tickets thinking they are the VIP ones - is that clear enough for you?? It was for Gumtree - the ad disappeared in 15 seconds - how much longer will it take ebay to remove it? Or will they? Back to your TV with you....

Massive fail. She doesn't have a TV.

I'm really sorry, but would it please be possible for you to use smaller words?
let me explain the difference to you
well, I did ask nicely
the seller is trying to sell tickets which do not exist. Is that wrong?
If that is true, then yes. Yes it is wrong. Why would you even need to ask that? That's common sense. However, we have not yet established if a) what is for sale or b) if they do or don't exist
Would you like to buy them? No, travelling to Perth seems like a long way to go to see a Horse Show, isn't it?
Perhaps a friend
I don't have any
or family member?
I do have some of those, though they seem to be dropping like flies atm, so probably shouldn't plan that far ahead for anything. Besides which, none of them live in Perth.
What the seller has done is combine the VIP ticket name well yes, that was only a short word so I could read that. (ticket is expensive) define expensive.
and the Horse Lover ticket name (much cheaper - perhaps, but then the ticket is really worth what someone will pay.
which I believe they are) ohhhh, you BELIEVE they are, but you don't know for sure, right?
and you get to buy the cheap tickets thinking they are the VIP ones well you do get to meet the horses at the end of the show, I think some people might get quite excited about that.
- is that clear enough for you??
no, you still haven't answered the question, what is the difference in the tickets? do you get dinner with the VIP ones? a free hat? a set of steak knives?
It was for Gumtree - I don't have one of those, but I do have a xanthoreah, will that suffice?
the ad disappeared in 15 seconds clever, huh! any other tricks?
- how much longer will it take ebay to remove it? do they have a reason as yet to remove it? All we have so far is what you believe is happening, there is no proof.
Or will they? I doubt it. Not unless you have some proof.
Back to your TV with you....
I am at my TV - I use all four of them for computer monitors.Wanna see a picture of my Viper?
...............................................................
So once again, perhaps this time you may answer my questions rather than give a smart **bleep** response....

Heres an idea if you dont like my listing DONT BUY THE TICKETS,its pretty straight forward. Secondly as My*Mum has indicated the tickets are Horse Lover which is sold under a VIP Package.
Regardless of the name I am selling the tickets $150 less then what i paid for them.

I must say it was really nice of you to apologize to the seller for making those false accusations about them.
