The buyers are coming out of it OK.

I won 2 items from the same seller at exactly what I expected to pay and they have been paid for and posted.  But if the seller had decided not to honour the sales I would have been eligible for a $10 compensation payment from ebay.

That would be pretty lucrative for a buyer who had won a number of auctions from a number of sellers.

I hope sellers are going to be as well looked after as buyers are.

Your contact us page is so dodgy. It just sends you in circles. My experience has been less satisfactory. If you're new to eBay and don't know these pages exist it becomes a very frustrating experience..
