Noticed one seller with 2,800 feedbacks with 61.3% positive feedback, 10 negs in one month and over 100 negs in 6 months yet still trading on ebay Australia.
Thought ebay would get rid of sellers like this ?.To me it looks like ebay dont care how bad sellers are or is this acceptable ?
I certainly wont buy there..

Unbelievable! And yet ebay slaps us soundly for an infitesimally small infringement, heaps defects upon us, and turns a blind eye to sellers such as this!
Please, don't anyone tell me that ebay can't pick up instances like this with bots or programs...

They must be able to because there have been a few members on this forum who have been shut down with near perfect feedback and 4.9 or above DSRs.......just by using the wrong option in the cancellation process.
Would be nice if 4green came back with an item number for an active or ended listing, or even mentioned what they were selling. Let me guess, phone covers?

I have been watching this guy ( as you do on ebay ) for 6 months because
he has been selling termite bait that has entered the 'maybe it still does the job' stage.
I would need both hands and feet to count the number of times he has been in vacation mode.
when you click 'other items' the result is zip.
Maybe he is being shut down in stages.
He has been under 80% fb for months. So much for ebay's big stick and improving buyer experience.
I had a minor haemorrage with 1 neg and a second heamorrage when the buyer admitted to
having a bad day and was sorry but ignored my revision request.
If I was this seller I would definitely start over.

When I clicked other items, it came up as 0, which is weird. The feedback and DSR's are atrocious. Makes me angry when you see decent sellers getting shafted for a few cancellations and being defected off the site. Could this be one of the protected sellers?
I liked this bit in their payment terms:
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is to be received within 3 business days of auction endings/purchase or prior arrangements are made. If no contact or payment is received within this period DIY Pest-be-gone will assume you no longer wish to purchase the item. This may lead to you being listed as a non-paying bidder alert with eBay and could result in negative feedback. Acceptable payment methods for Australian buyers are PayPal and Bank Deposit. When making your payment, please ensure to include your user ID or item number as reference to ensure a quick and smooth transaction and delivery.
He's only been a member since 2011, long after negs for buyers was removed.

Weird alright.
Hey ebay, can you "please explain" ?

Maybe the criteria for sellers getting booted off includes
whether or not the seller has given ebay an earfull over the phone.
This seller with woeful stars has probably been keeping his mouth shut.
It still stinks to high heaven.
