My mother won't buy on line so I get to do it for her, she wanted a recipee book for meatloaf, I bought the required book. Now this morning I have a refund no communication nothing.

if theres a problem how about a little communication?

Why are sellers so upset when they get a red dot after working so hard to earn it

Was there anything in the listing that said they would refund if they had run out of stock? The same thing happened to me, got an e-mail from PayPal stating I had been given a refund so I messaged the seller and asked why; seller said that they had run out of stock so I went back to the listing and saw a line in the listing  that said they would refund if they ran out of stock...

I hope you didn't leave the seller a Neg before asking why you were refunded..

On my buying id in the few weeks before the rules were going to change so you could no longer get a pretty red dot I tried my hardest, I bought cheap items from sellers with terrible feedback, I purchased things that would be easily broken and feedback testified to the fact the seller didn't care etc etc etc and every single transaction went of without a hitch:_|

I have to agree that some sellers appear to hate monotone feedback and obviously actively encourage buyers to leave different colours rather than all green. Of course it is going to happen more now as it is the season for all things red and green.

No I've not left any feedback, but if they dont reply I certainly will and the communication star is going to take a beating

I dont think its asking too much for an email - if they are out of stock - it's only a meatloaf recipe book there are others 🙂

Are you sure the payal notification of the refund does not have a message from the seller?

I have received several in the last few weeks and the seller's message does not always stand out very clearly.
