Slow post isn't his only buying problem.
Seems O.P pays for items individually without waiting for the seller to adjust the invoice for combined post, then expects the seller to refund the difference & risk a defect for doing so.He doesn't mind cancelling orders either.
O.P should be responsible for checking auto part numbers etc to avoid being sent wrong parts then expecting refunds after tinkering around trying to put them on a car.how would some of these sellers know if he was returning the item they originally posted to him.Looks too high maintenance to me.

He seems to have bought a few things from this seller also and now because of what could be multiple reasons, he's now the seller from hell.
Complains about other sellers posting items separately, probably because he paid separately and the seller is not voiding his seller protection.
Definitely one for the special list.

OP,
the seller was not at fault in this instance.
You purchased the item at 1:27pm on Friday the 3rd October. Their listing states 1-2 days handling time for dispatch of the goods after receipt of payment in full (which ofc means business days).
So even if you paid immediately, that gave the seller until 1:27pm Wednesday 8th October to dispatch it, to fulfill their promise as per the listing... remembering that Monday 6th was a public holiday.
Australia Post received the item at 12:48pm Tuesday 7th October.
The slower than usual delivery is 100% on Australia Post. I can understand your frustration, but please don't take it out on the seller, as it'd be wrong to.

A fine example of why you can't name and shame on the forums.

Kind of hard to do much better than posting something out on the very next business day following purchase, as the seller in question did... but hey, that's just my opinion.
