If there is no tracking how can you even prove it was ever sent.
What address did you give the seller....your original address, your temporary address or your new address? Have you checked at your previous addresses to see if it was delivered to either of the?

Poor seller, more like poor me ,doesnt look like I will get my item.No use rubbing salt into the wound. I probably will be the one out of pocket and Idont intend to worry the seller for another item or a refund. The seller knows the situation so I will wait for their discretionary decision about it. I should try and get compensated for the cost of the missing item through the post office. Which I might.
Just hang fire there Michelle & calm down. If the item was held at the PO for 10 business days (and sometimes they will hold a day or two longer) and then returned - allow sufficient time for that process to complete BEFORE you start making assumptions. You are quite correct to wait patiently until the seller gets back to you - they are quite probably waiting to see what arrives in the mail early next week - so just allow a bit more time and hopefully it will all work out

I am stll at a loss to know how you can possibly think this is anyone else's fault but your own. It is clearly stated both on the AP form and the on-line form that parcels are NOT included in the redirection so how can you possibly expect either the seller or AP to help you out now.
I think perhaps you have too much time on your hands iif you can devote so much time and stress to an issue like this, accept you should not have purchased during a move and move on. Perhaps devote some of that time and effort to some charity work, it would take your mind of things to help people who have real problems to deal with.
