Hi everyone.
We have read the posts you made about yesterday’s Seller Release and have done our best to answer some of the most common questions. We've posted it as a new thread in the eBay News & Information Board. I will ask the mods if they could move all the threads on this topic into that Board so that we can continue to hear what you need to know. If you have more questions, please make sure you post them there.

And removing threads ??? Sending them to a single area ?
Is this to make it appear not so many are disgusted by this action eBay have seen fit to take.

*Waves to Greencat* ..
Great to see you back on the boards
Even the attempts of containing the discussion are half baked, with a big fail last night and a move back (lol) and new threads continue to be started in the areas where community members want to discuss them as they are fair and square about trading issues.

*waves right back*
Yes noticed the sudden recall of the messages.
What is most interesting is that no-one can actually explain how a service NOT provided by eBay can legally be subject to a 'commission' from eBay - maybe I was out to lunch the day corporate law was explained. LOL

They are claiming they provide postage through eBay labelling, thus can charge a fee on ALL postage. Although that is not universal. It would be like charging Paypal fees even if the payment was made by any of the other available methods.
There is a there is a thread somewhere in the myriad about the local member's response to a complaint.
