Any one experiencing not receiving item by 'fastway' courier in spite of many many calls made to this courier and the seller, the item ended up returning to the seller in Melb and sign off by the seller REMOVED. He also promised to refund but never did so we have to claim on ebay to get the refund for the amount of $31.99 paid for 60 pairs of garden gloves which we never received and tracking clear showing the seller signed off the returned parcel.
It's shocking that ebay closed this case without refundi and any explanation this morning so we have to appeal ebay's decision.
Also it's very suspicious that 'fastway' said 'attempted delivery on 29 oct but no one home'. We confirmed that at least one person home due to different persons working in different work shifts. If there's a actual delivery but no one available, a calling card should be left in our letterbox but there's no calling card at all.
