Make sure you check before you buy.
I bought a supposedly brand new unlocked broadband modem that would operate on all the major australian networks.
It doesnt. It's firmly locked to Telstra.
It's only $50 down the pan fortunately..but an annoyance.
I suppose it was too good to be true.
Ho hum

What did the listing say ? If it said brand new & unlocked and it is incorrect, open an Item not as described Dispute immediately. PS you cannot name & shame on here. The Mods will remove the User Id shortly.

I notice that you have already given them negative feedback. I hope you at least tried to sort out the problem with them or get a refund first?

Wow, 3 feedbacks and given 2 neg, very unlucky buyer.

Make sure you check before you buy.
If you know to check why did you buy from a seller with over 50 unhappy customers in the last year and a lower than I would trust feedback for a fairly high volume seller.

Apart from the sellers carppy feedback, I would have been suspicious when the item had the Tel$tra logo all over it yet says it's not compatible with Bogpond.

Seems too be a bit of a love in between mods and sellers methinks.

Never held myself as 'knowing how to check'. I'm pointing out to future buyers that they should do so.
I assumed I was dealing with an honourable seller based on the feedback stats. Clearly he was a shyster.
But please carry on..pedantry becomes you
