Make sure you check before you buy.
I bought a supposedly brand new unlocked broadband modem that would operate on all the major australian networks.
It doesnt. It's firmly locked to Telstra.
It's only $50 down the pan fortunately..but an annoyance.
I suppose it was too good to be true.
Ho hum

Did you open an item not as described case? Go to the item in your purchase history and in the dropdown box on the far right of the listing will say 'resolve a problem'. You should be able to open it from there. If you can't get it to work from there, come back and let us know and we can tell you how to do it straight from PayPal.
Don't let one dodgy buyer ruin it for you. There are millions of sellers on eBay and most of them are legit.

And of course you would know this with all your experience of buying on ebay. Three purchases, 2 of them from sellers with terrible feedback so you decide all sellers are the same.

Good luck with that. One transaction going pearshaped will not get a seller shut down.
