My parcel with tracking number been detected had reached the Southport Sort Facility (QLD) on 21st November 2018. I have a parcel locker located at the same Southport (QLD) area. What is "really odd", is that my parcel not delivered to my locker at Southport by 29th November, or eight(8) days later. I remain in limbo waiting for my parcel. Recent result (by phone): Auspost representative could only inform me; parcel is in transit also will inform Southport PO of your issue.
Has anybody else detected similar issues with Auspost parcel Sort Facilities ?.

If you are on Facebook or Tweeter, contact AP via there. If Facebook, make sure the page has the blue tick so you know it's the genuine site. Be polite when writing your message, explaining the situation, and they will do whatever they can to help.
Depending on how busy they are, it could take a few hours to reply. They will tell you to go to the AP site and open an enquiry. They will probably then talk to you via private message.
Once an enquiry is opened, they can get a human to go to the sort centre and intercept the parcel, and send it on its way.

Thanks for your reply. In the end I telephoned Austpost and they were great in sorting out my issue. My parcel was then ready for pick up and received the next day. Goes to show that there was problems with transit from one southport centre to another southport centre (@2klm transit). I have since changed my mailing address to the 'Sorting Facility" post office centre because the AU rep informs that my parcels will be ready in a few hours rather than using the lon waits at the other southport centre.

They seem to just loose my registered post parcels every 3 months.
