When is something going to be done about the thousands of spam listings for auto-generated 'books'?
I'm not sure about the extent of the problem in other categories, but in retro video games and related categories the spam is starting to swap the genuine listings, and my saved searches are all-but-useless as now I have to troll through pages and pages of spam listings.
I've repeatedly reported items to eBay but they go unheeded and the spam is only increasing. eBay is now at the point where customer service is unimportant because the gross profits far outweigh the cost of providing service or the small number of customers turned away.
