To all the mothers out there! I know prams can be very expensive.. However, just a little warning there has been an influx of sellers from China with 0 feedback and have just joined ebay selling Baby Jogger City Select prams.
The first seller last week with 0 feedback was offering warranty from another top seller on ebay, however this seller does not honor this warranty, and were no way connected to them. The sellers currently with auctions have copied the description from another top seller.
What you are infact bidding on is a cheap Chinese imitation.
Just something to keep in mind!

New items have been listed. They can't even get the colour of the pram and their description right.

Thanks,reported,:-D
To report them go to the blue report link; Report item,(above the item number).
The select Listing practises from the first drop down menu.
Then Fraudulent listing activity followed be You suspect that a listing is fraudulent.
Click Continue and the item number will come up.
Then click on Send report.

So I'm one of the lucky idiots that found this topic after winning one of the auctions and making the payment(via paypal of course). I've opened a paypal dispute and emailed ebay. But is there anything I can do to speed up the refund and how can others in the same situation then me be notified, as I'm sure there are people out there that aren't even thinking twice about it. If they wait the expected 15-25 days for the item to be mailed, by the time they realise its not coming and put in a dispute it will be possibly over 2 months before they get their money back, thats if they even do!

Looks like you bought of listings that weren't reported as these where all listed after those others,:-(
They have now being reported but the last lot didn't have all their listings removed so T & S don't always remove them,(no idea why that still happens),?:|
The only way it can be sped up is if the listing is removed and/or the seller becomes NARU'd.
As you've started a claim, just escalate as soon as your able too.
Unfortunately the only way others could be notified is if another member notified them.
As the ID's are hidden the only way that is possible is if they leave feedback or they check the sellers feedback and notice negative feedback which denotes possible problems.
Even when that sort of feedback is left if,Paypal disputes can't be mentioned as they can then apply to have it removed,X-(

escalate to claim if you can and call PP tell them you suspect it is a scam. PP number can be obtained when you log into your PP account from the HELP link on the top.
The seller is not having more for sale, and eBay will not do anything, so do not waste your time with them.
