Becareful the sellers from Hong Kong or China, some of them from China but List their items form Hong Kong <removed>.
Don't trust these sellers, some of them are swindler. If you receive a wrong rubbish item or can't get it, don't wait,
just open a refund case and leave your negative feedback straightway (within 45days of you purchase).
Don't trust them!!!.
I don't have any way to report this seller, also eBay are losting trust with those sellers joining in.
Solved! Go to Solution.

give ebay customer supportn a call. Tab to the top right of screen.
That's about all you can do now. They might make a noter on the sellers account.
It's good that you now know about the 45 day time limit for PayPal and the 60 day time limit for feedback.

I have bought from a huge number of Chinese and Hong Kong sellers and never had a problem. You can't tar everyong with the same brush.
There are bad sellers (and buyers) everywhere so you have to be careful and aware with every purchase no matter whare it is from. Check feedback, know your rights and responsibilities, and realise that sometimes things just go wrong, and in that case, know what you can do about it.

When you say "everyong", be careful you are right or not.
In order to help others to be treated as a fool. <removed> Some sellers from Hong Kong are really bad, and they may actually from China.

Hong Kong is part of China.....are you suggesting that sellers are lying if they say they are in HK and they are really in China?
I too have bought quite a bit from China and Hong Kong and not had a problem. The only time an item did not arrive I was refunded immediately.
You really cannot make general accusations about all Chinese sellers....there are good and bad as there are in any country.

Are you saying they are all bad? Some of them, you also say that.

It is obvious that English is not your native language but maybe you should get some help in understanding what other posters are saying....I have NOT said that all Chinese sellers are bad. In actual fact I have said that I have not personally come across a bad Chinese seller but I do acknowledge that there are some, just as there are bad sellers on all ebay sites.

I state that: "Some of the Sellers from Hong Kong are very bad".
Don't try to say that "all of them", it is your words, if you say that, that's you. I won't say there are bad sellers from other country, because I don't know.
Don't you think items listed from Hong Kong should be listed from China?
I am trying to help people to remember 45days is the maximum to get your refund.

Keep buy and keep trust them, good luck to you.

Why should items listed on ebay Hong Kong be listed from China? There are 2 different sites you know.....Hong Kong and China. Sellers have every right to list on any site they choose.
Buyers are reminded that they only have 45 days to open a dispute when they make a paypal payment. It is clearly stated on your paypal receipt.
