Best match, my foot.

I just tried an ebay search.

Tupperware measuring cups.

The Best match option throws up dozens of items that don't fit that description at all and I am wading through pages of rubbish.

What part of Tupperware doesn't ebay understand?Cat Mad

It was the first term in my search.

What an unsatisfactory screening system.

And those Tupperware items that are showing are often superceded models going at full cost (or sometimes moreCat Indifferent)

No joy today. Just venting.Smiley Happy

Re: Best match, my foot.

Try using Advanced Search and selecting Exact words, any order. That will get rid of anything that doesn't match the three words.

And don't use 'best' match.

I don't always, but none of the others seemed to quite fit what I wanted either.Smiley Sad

Guess I will have to try this advanced search, such a drag. I like to be speedy. 🙂

Re: Best match, my foot.

Yes, Ebay searches have gotten worse over recent years.  You can narrow it down by using inverted commas, eg "new tupperware" and add in a minus before words that you don't want in your search: "new tupperware" -retro -old -used
