Hi,
I've already made a report to ebay but they're not acting quickly, they still haven't removed these obviously fake listings.I hope that writing this message means that if any potential buyers do a google search on the seller's IDs, they'll at least read this before they bid.
There are two sellers trying to sell a brand new MacBook Pro each (the laptops are listed seperately, as if they're from seperate sellers who don't know each other), both with free postage, both starting with no reserve. Both sellers say they're in Australia but their accounts were made overseas in October 2013. Both sellers have a feedback rating of 2. Most interestingly, if you look at the details connected to the feedback, both sellers have 1 feedback review each for selling the exact same item, and 1 feedback review each for buying an undisclosed item from the exact same seller on the exact same date. The item they've both sold (Camera Camcorder Cable) was sold in the UK, one listing the item as being in London, the other as Liverpool. Both cords were sold for GDP .99, so I'm going to take a wild guess and say these were dummy items. The seller ID's are< REMOVED>

So I see a mod has removed the links and IDs. These are obviously listings for items that DO NOT EXIST and WILL NOT BE SENT. These people are scammers, and Ebay doesn't seem to be interested in actually protecting its customers.
If you'd like to know which listings I'm talking about, search for a MacBook Pro in Apple Laptops; Auction only; Condition: Brand New; Australia Only. Look for the two MacBook Pro listing that end in 1 day and x hours, listed by sellers who both have a 2 items in their feedback history.
Maybe if some more people make reports, Ebay will actually listen and delete these accounts.

You have NO HOPE ever of Ebay removing fraudulent sellers, sorry.

It isn't just my word against theirs, there is actual evidence. This evidence is founded on the listings, profiles and history of the two sellers concerned. Ebay did remove one of the two sellers, their listing is gone and their account says they're 'no longer a registered user'.
Of course, I haven't bidded on the remaining laptop so it isn't really my personal problem. You can lead a horse to water...

Reported soon after you posted this thread yesterday and as you can see, one still remains.
Even when reported continually, hardly anything is done about fraudulent listings these days.
Anyone can see that a selling ID registered in Iceland isn't selling a Macbook Pro posting Express Post from Sydney.
Hundreds like this have been reported :
Nothing's been done about them.
Shame ebay Shame.

That means it was reported by at least three members and it still went through to completed,
I've now reported it through Live Chat to pass on to T & S,(as you can't be put through to T & S via the Live Chat
anymore).
The report an item link via Email wasn't working,(phoning them is out of the question as I have an accent
and understanding them is near as bad),
The listing it was copied from was included.
I've include that if the member who "bought" the item and any other bidders that might get a SCO pay for the item
they'll lose their money,(unless they paid by Paypal as then Paypal will have to reimburse them).
Mentioning that PP may lose some funds seems to make them act quicker,
