Hi there,
Thank you for contacting our customer support!
Kindly be informed, the tracking details will only be available once the item has reached your nearest LPO for physical scanning.
Should you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us again

HI there,
Please allow me to clarify the postage procedure which we have been doing for the past few years.
We post out all purchased item using large carton.
All individual parcels will be sorted according to different states.
Please note also that there are hundreds of parcels to be posted within a day and to avoid complication, we had to post our item using large carton.
Due to this, it will take some time for the Aust post to scan individual parcel.
No worries, your item is definitely on its way to you.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Regards
bottom line is EBAY has to stop these crooks

Open an Item Not Recieved case and that may make him / her smarten up their act.

If you have given it long enough just open an item not received dispute., if the seller cannot provide tracking then you will be refunded.
Lots of items are sent from overseas without tracking, I know it is annoying if the seller states the goods are in Australia when they are not but I often get items from China and HK quicker than from WA to QLD.
If an item arrives and is not as described then under the ebay dispute process the seller has to provide a return address that matches where the item location is in the listing so some of these sellers are going to start losing out when they find people are not going to just give up because it is too expensive to send back the China.

my main point is EBAY allows this to keep happening as its clear there not AU like they say they are as its clearly fraud by saying item is in Sydney when clearly its not

Slightly off topic (beware of seller), but something I have long wanted on eBay is a BLOCKED SELLER LIST function.
Sellers can block buyers, but I have a list of Sellers whose items I never want to see when I do a search.
As it is, I always have to open a file called "bad sellers.txt" on my desktop to make sure I exclude those sellers when I'm searching eBay. Very clunky and inconvenient when it would be relatively simple to exclude them automatically with a list held on eBay.

ya spot on yet EBAY does absolutely nothing about these sellers as if i wanted to buy from china malaysia where ever i would just use alibaba but when ya have some moronic seller claiming there from sydney when its absolutely lies EBAY DONT DO A THING ABOUT IT and now my negitive feedback has also been taken down FOR WHAT FLAMING REASON EBAY CMON TELL ME WHY thats what feedback is for to try and prevent other buyers from being defrauded with shonky sellers talk about pathetic
