I bought 2 DVDs from this seller on the same day recently. Both DVDs were posted to me the next day (according to the seller's notifications). One DVD arrived quite promptly. I never received the 2-nd one. My e-mails to the seller did not get any response. This was my first bad experience on eBay.

Got to remember they are having and have been having blizzards across USA and no post was making out of the country for about 2 weeks.  Some items may have been luckily enough to get the last plane out before they grounded flights.

Well, I must admit, that there are really some very good sellers to deal with on eBay ! Recently I received absolutely fantastic service from a Chineese seller  (Whensoever) - I bought a dress from them which I had to exchange due to the wrong size. But, what a quick and excellent service that was ! It is an absolute pleasure to deal with that seller ! I was getting responses to all my e-mails to them promptly, within half hour me posting them.

Unlike the one who was the reason for me creating this topic...

To all, who attacked me here : - still did not receive the item from them ! Looks like I have to go into PayPal dispute with them after all...
