Scappi, you are p[osting on discussion boards with other members like yourself.
You would really need to ask each individual seller this question via the Question link in their listing.

Of course even if they are fake the seller isn't going to tell you the truth. Best guide is feedback making sure they have 100% or near for selling the same item. If there is any hint of fake items or they have little or no feedback then don't risk it unless you are prepared to go through the hassle of trying to get your money back without having to return by an expensive fully tracked method.

If you're unsure of anything, make sure you pay by PayPal or one of the other safe payment methods. (actually, you should do that all the time, but that's none of my business. Just know that paying by direct deposit offers you no buyer protection.)
If you pay by PayPal etc, at least if you get the item and it is fake, you have the option of raising a claim to receive your money back.

Fake or not - the best guide is the price, BB basic brush set is around $300-350 - I have it, but not with 24 brushes!
And if you get them and pay with PP, claiming they are fake will be one big waste of time as they will ask you for the proof - and nos store will give you that in writing
Just get one, medium, that'll do you for face and eyes, they are about $80 - from the store.
I have never seen 24 brush set - but that doesn't mean they don't exist these days - go to their web site and check.

If it is one of the many sets from China and HK for around twenty five bucks each then they are absolutely going to be fake. One of the first things you should learn when buying on ebay is if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
