I send ebay a Message on the 24th of February asking why my posted feedback was removed ( which was negative ), and it was never answered so I send another on the 17th of March.
It's now the 27th and still no answer as to why feedback was removed.
Seriously though they have our email addresses so why can't they answer a simple question.
This is the first time they have not answered a question ( Two actually ).
Anyone else experienced this.

The only reason I can think of is that the seller complained to ebay. I think ebay will remove feedback if the seller can prove that the buyer is complaining about something that was clearly shown in the ad.
I think ebay will also remove feedback if it has bad language or something like that.
I agree with you though that ebay should have answered your email. In fact if they do remove feedback, I think they should automatically send a message to whoever left the feedback and explain why. I don't see how people will learn from the whole exercise otherwise.

No bad language and I did ask him if and quote from Email.
" What is the condition of the item. " I asked him and he Replied " Issues are in near mint condition ".
3 of the issues were not and were damaged so I posted negative feedback, and bam removed.

This was a GSP seller, using that program.
