Buying as aguest

I've tried to buy an article as a guest and the link to view to view the order details on the email doesn't work. I don't seem to be able to get a phone number to speak to anyone about it. I've received an email from PayPal saying they have paid for the item. Is there anyway I can speak to someone at ebay to resolve the issue?

Yes there normally is in Help & Contact at the top of the page.

But phone and live chat appear to be down at present.
