Buying custom eBay order outside eBay.?

Seller mentions "Please contact us for your own customised bundle" in listing. So messaged seller about a custom order. Never messaged back. Just got email to confirm postage address and paypal invoive to buy and make payment for custom order outside eBay.Wondering if its safe to do so. If not, what is the propper way to do a custom eBay order from eBay seller..

Certainly not worth the risk IMHO

Zero eBay protection if the seller is a scammer or if anything is wrong with the items 

Sounds like seller is trying to avoid eBay fees

If they have been a member for 16 years, they would be well aware that what they are doing is against eBay rules and you could both be binned for it

If they are listing on eBay, they should be creating the custom bundle through eBay and basically 'making a listing just for you'

The proper way is for you to ask the seller to set up an eBay listing with the items you want so you can go through ebay checkout and have buyer protection.
