I'm getting annoyed from constantly getting notifications that I have a buyer limit and business wise it's very very annoying.
Hope this gets resolved permanently after speaking once and your promise was let down to me from the 2 people on the phone and a 2nd time would be unprofessional.

Other members are not responsible for what eBay told you from their script
This being a member to member forum and all
If a buyer indeed has a buying limit, it is not going to be 'resolved' a limit is a limit . Once they are an 'established' buyer (with no non payment strikes etc) it will not be an issue
How long have you been a member on the account in question?
Sellers are also entitled to limit how much $$$$ any buyer can buy from them within x amount of time

Are you talking about listing limits ?
If you are then for a new seller you have a lot of high-priced items listed, until you have gained a solid reputation as a seller then there will be limits for you.
I assume you have been verified and accepted for Managed Payments. If you haven't then you will not be getting your funds any time soon. Even if you are on Managed payments you will have a 30 day hold on your funds.
That does not mean you don't have to post your items within your handling time.
