If you are just a buyer, there should be no need to contact eBay
If you have an issue with an item you have bought, open and follow through with the correct dispute within the time limit
Both the recent sellers you chose to buy from have horrible feedback, one in China, one in Australia
And the one you negged says that that you did not read the title, nor the description and you got a refund
And negged them anyway for your error....................
