Can I Accept Seller Offer & Apply Discount Code?

Hi All!

I have an item in my watchlist that a seller has sent an offer price. I also have a discount code for the same item. 
My question is; if I accept the offer, can I still apply the discount code? 

My options appear to be accept offer, make counter offer, decline offer.

If the discount was offered by eBay, then yes you probably can, but if it was offered by the seller then I suspect you can't.
